NITRO-SHOCK ABSORBER

It has a cylinder and oil chamber like shock absorbers. The thing that matters is that rather than a double cylinder with a hold chamber, an isolating cylinder isolates the oil chamber from the gas chamber. The oil chamber contains unique water powered oil and the gas chamber contains nitrogen at multiple times environmental weight. There are two types of shock absorbers.
They are:

A. High Pressure Single-Tube Shock absorber Pressure is roughly 25 bars.

B. Low Pressure Twin-Tube absorber Pressure differs from 2.5 to 5 bars.

WORKING OF NITRO-SHOCK ABSORBER

At the point when the cylinder bar is moved into the shock absorber, oil is uprooted as in twofold cylinder standard. This oil removal makes the isolating cylinder press in the gas chamber, in this manner diminishing it in size. With the arrival of the cylinder pole the gas pressure restores the partitioning cylinder to its beginning position. At whatever point the oil section is held at a static weight of around multiple times environmental weight, the weight diminishes behind. Therefore, the gas filled shock absorber works without frothing.

Energy dissipation in viscous damping

For a vibratory body some measure of vitality is dispersed due to damping. This energy dissipation can be per cycle. Rate of change of  work  , is called energy. the energy dissipation per cycle is proportional to the square of the amplitude of motion. The total energy of a vibrating system can be either maximum of its potential or kinetic energy.

ADVANTAGES OF NITRO-SHOCK

  • Instantaneous response: As the high pressure eliminates aeration (foaming).
  • Better fade resistance: Cooling is much better as no outer tube is there that gives a drastic reduction in fade.
  • Better durability: Better cooling results in lower operating temperatures and thus longer life. Single-tube construction also allows for a larger internal working area, reducing stress and fatigue for better durability.
  • No need for re-adjustment: The high pressure gas compensates immediately and automatically for changes in viscosity.
